1. Do you charge a call-out fee?
95% of our Repair jobs are within the Glasgow and Greater Glasgow area. If you live more than 15 miles from Glasgow City Centre then we may have to charge a small fee to cover fuel. However if you allows us to do a repair job and the total bill is over £30 then we will waive any call-out fee, up to 35 miles distance.
We will charge an appropriate fuel charge for greater distances depending on the size of the job.
2. Do you offer online or telephone Technical support?
Sadly at present No. We may introduce this in the future.
3. Do you repair MACS or Linux based systems?
We specialise in Computers and laptops running Windows, however we still might be able to help, just call us.
4. Do you offer Data Recovery Services?
Yes we do and we charge per GB.
5. Do you offer Student Discount?
Not really. Our Prices are really low anyway and we charge on a per job basis.
6. What guarantees do you offer?
Software:- None whatsoever due to the rampant threat of viruses, computers can get infected in seconds after returning to you. You must buy some Antivirus software to prevent this
Hardware: We only use quality parts some come with manufacturers warranty. We offer 7 day return to base warranty on hardware upgrades.
7. Do you have a unit where i can drop my laptop or PC off and pick it up?
Currently moving premises. We offer FREE Collect & Return service, we will come pick up your computer, fix it, and return it (only in Glasgow area G postcode, ML postcode).

I5 DEKSTOP SYSTEM
